Lacoste celebrates its birthday

Lacoste Eclairs

In 2013 Lacoste celebrates its 80 birthday. Many brands made special products for Lacoste. For example Baccarat created a crystal vase, Boucheron made a pin from emeralds and diamonds with Lacoste crocodile. Cristofle - a silver golf mashie, S.T. Dupon - black-and-white gears, Hermes - a bag from crocodile's leather with a pocket for tennis racket.

French bakery, Fauchon, made eclairs with Lacoste's logo. They are with taste of green tea, vanilla, lemon, strawberries and almonds. If you want to try Lacoste's eclairs you should hurry up because you can buy them only from 17 to 21 of June. One eclair costs 7 euro and if you want to buy the whole set, including 4 eclairs, you have to pay 28 euro.

There is an unusual 

promotion in Sydney's cafe Metro St James. Untill the end of June from 9:30 to 11:00 am you can pay for your coffee with a kiss. The service staff can't enter the promotion, so that you've to find your parthner on your own. The managment says that the promotion "Pay with a Kiss" will attract many couples and that the cafe will be the best place for their dates. It is situated close to "St James" train station and it has been opened for few month but it is already one of the most popular places in Sydney.

 До края на месец юни в сиднийското кафене,  Metro St James, ще има необикновена проморция: от 9:30 до 11:00 ще може да платите кафето си с целувка. Персоналът не участва в проморцията, затова ще се наложи да си намерите партньор самостоятелно. Ръководството на кафенето е сигурно в това, че проморцията , ˮПлати с целувкаˮ, ще привлече влюбените и ще превърне заведението в най-доброто място за техните срещи. Интересното е, че кафенето се намира близо до ЖП гарата, St James, и е отворено за поситители само от няколко месеца, но за това време е станало едно от най-посещаваните места в Сидни.

Google Glass (part 3 - buying + more information)

In this part we are going to tell you where you can buy your Glass and what the price will be + more information about them.

In February 2013 developer received their Glass - Explorer Edition. But they had to pay 1500 $ for them. Also there was a competition, in which people had to record a video on this topic “What will I do if I get the Google Glass”. The winners payed 1500 $ and now they already have their Explorer Edition Glass.

We will be able to buy the Glass in the end of 2013 in Google Centers. They will cost about 200 $.

The device has a touchpad. With its help you can go from one screen to another one (Glass have many screens: photos, messages, weather, etc. With the touchpad you can move from one screen to other one).

You can search in Google with Glass. You should say: OK, Glass, Google (photos) for…

 First steps in using the Google Glass

You can ask Glass to show you weather for today, to start Google Now, to start Google+ Hangout, to translate text to another language or to ask for information about a flight (OK, Glass, when does flight [number of the flight] depart from [airport’s code]). You can start using the Glass by looking up.

If you go to the settings Settings -> Device info -> View licenses -> tap 9 times on the touchpad -> Meet Team, you’ll be able to see a 360 degrees panorama of developers of Google Glass. In the middle stays Sergey Brin, the founder of Google. The panorama moves when you turn your head.

In the future we will be able to use the Glass in the stores. For example if we are in a book store and we want to find a particular book, we ask Google Glass where it is. The device shows us instructions on how to get to our book.

 Там може да видите най-богатата колекция в света от артефакти свързани с вещерството и окултното: лечебни билки и магически растения, кристални кълба и вълшебни огледала, корени от мандрагора и инструменти за изтезания използвани от инквизицията срещу вещиците през средните векове. Библиотеката на музея съдържа повече от 3000 книги с най-разнообразни магически рецепти и заклинания, като се започне от класическата любовна магия и се стигне до сложната отвара за трансформация. Някои от експонатите са принадлежали лично на основателя на музея Сесил Уилямсън. Той не се съобразявал много-много с магьосническата етика и обичал да ръси проклятия наляво и надясно, което пък станало причина да бъде недолюбван и прогонван от съгражданите си. Ето защо в първите години от съществуването си музеят е сменял цели 3 пъти своето местоположение, а веднъж даже е бил и подпалван.

 There you can see the richest collection in the world of artifacts associated with witchcraft and the occult: magic herbs and plants, crystal balls and magic mirrors, mandrake root and instruments of torture used by the Inquisition against witches in the Middle Ages. The library in the museum owns more than 3,000 books with different magical spells and recipes, from classic love magic to the complex transformation potion. Some of the exhibits are personally belonged to the founder of the museum Sesil Williamson. He disregards too much with magician ethics and loved sprinkles curses left and right, which in turn had caused to be unloved and displaced from tthe towns where he lived. Therefore, in the first years of its existence, the museum has changed its location 3 times and once even was also torched.
